SUPER E SHORTY CARBURETOR KIT

Kit includes an S&S Super E gas carburetor, S&S teardrop air cleaner assembly mounting hardware, fuel line, clamps, overflow line, one extra intermediate jet and two main jets, VOES tubing (when applicable), installation and jetting instructions
Super E has a 17/8" throat at the butterfly and a 19/16" venturi and is recommended for use on Big Twin or Sportster engines up to 100-cubic-inch
If there is a doubt as to which carburetor to use, we suggest the 17/8" Super E
Adjustable accelerator pump
Adjustable enrichment starting system -does not restrict air flow like conventional choke
S&S chrome teardrop air cleaner
Two cable throttles required

NOTE: S&S Super E carburetors require the use of a two-cable, pull open/pull close throttle assembly.

NOTE: STOCK MOTORCYCLES 1980 OR EARLIER MUST BE UPDATED TO A TWO CABLE PULL OPEN/PULL CLOSED THROTTLE CONTROL SYSTEM, A SINGLE CABLE PULL OPEN SYSTEM CONNOT PULL THE THROTTLE CLOSED IN CASE THE TROTTLE SHOULD ACCIDENTALLY STICK IN THE OPEN POSITION.
